Chiles rellenos mixtos:
One Chile relleno is stuffed with Mexico City style picadillo beef. The other chile is stuffed with veggies. Both served on a bed of guajillo chile sauce and topped with a contrasting creamy green tomatillo sauce.
This dish is deliciously light, as it is not battered and deep fried like the traditional chile rellenos & it definitely has all the flavors!
