This Monday, September 28th, he’ll be representing The Matheson at the Mixology Contest at Graton Resort & Casino, joined by our Bar Lead & Supervisor LJ and fellow bartender Melanie.

Caden has something special prepared for the judges, but we’re keeping the details under wraps for now. 👀

Sometimes you have to go straight to the source.

Dustin stopped by Williams Selyem to pick up something special for tonight at The Matheson: the 2021 Cohn Vineyard Pinot Noir, pulled from the cellar for us by Jeff.

Cohn Vineyard was planted in 1970 and remains one of Sonoma County’s remarkable old-vine Pinot Noir sites. The 2021 is layered, silky and expressive, with dark cherry, spice, citrus and black tea running through the glass.

And tonight, we’re pouring it at The Matheson.

A special bottle, from a special site, opened at just the right time. Come have a glass while it lasts. 🍷
