🔥 Have you tried our Salsa Macha Fries? We make our salsa macha with dried cascabel and guajillo chiles, fried garlic and shallots, peanuts and sesame seeds. Our crispy fries are covered in the salsa and topped with lime crema, cotija cheese, green onions and cilantro. Pro tip - add our juicy brisket on top for extra yum.

We all know the Pisco Sour but do you know about the other equally popular Peruvian pisco cocktail? The Chilcano is a simple yet delicious mix of pisco, ginger ale, lime and the traditional Peruvian Chuncho bitters. Often they are mixed with various fruits like aguaymanto (gooseberries) or maracuya (passion fruit).

For our L&B Chilcano we keg and carbonate a mix of pisco with our house ginger b**r, lime, Chuncho bitters, and whatever fun local seasonal fruit we have.

We will be closed tomorrow the 6th to give our staff a break after a busy weekend. We look forward to a little rest and relaxation so we can get back to serving you all on Thursday the 9th. We will still be open for the Mei Mei Pop-Up on Tuesday the 7th from 5-8pm. It’s the last one so be sure to come by and get some delicious Chinese food!

Sad news. Yesterday our walk-in died and we lost everything in it. This is a huge setback for us going into a busy weekend and we have to close tomorrow while we wait to get it fixed and get our orders in to replace all the food we lost. We hope to be back on Friday so we can get back to serving you all 🫶🫶🫶🫶
