🚨"The Connie"🚨
Our very own "Grandma's style" pitza!
This pitz is PACKED with flavor. Tom concocted this one up using chunks of garlic, a freshly grated mozzarella & scamutz blend - topped with our (Connie's) homemade marinara sauce, crushed basil and finished with our freshly grated romano cheese on top too, of course.
Fun Fact - "The Connie" was named in honor of Tom's grandmother, Congetta Senape. The heavy and thick sauce used to top this pitz, is HER very own marinara recipe - used at Senape's for close to 100 years! It only made sense to name this pitza after her! 😁❤️
