Once again, bringing something different. Pastry chef made what we calling Brulee Bombs. A twist on Creme Brulee, French toast and in this case, Cheesecake.

Turn up volume to hear that crunch.

We will be making these with more flavors such as Smores, strawberries and cream and more. Stay tuned.

The food of the day is Yuca. (Cassava for those who dont know Yuca is a Hispanic vegetable)

We made Yuca 3 ways. Cheese stuffed Yuca Balls, Beef Stuffed Yuca Rolls served with Beef Au Jus and Shrimp and Yuca salad.
