The past week has been one of the most difficult times we’ve experienced as a small business. Due to the extended power outage, we have been forced to keep our doors closed for an entire week. Seven days without electricity has meant seven days without being able to welcome our guests, prepare meals, or operate our business. We’ve experienced a devastating loss of food, inventory, and revenue, and the financial impact has been overwhelming.
Small businesses work tirelessly to serve their communities, and moments like these remind us just how fragile things can be. While this has been heartbreaking, we refuse to give up. We are committed to rebuilding, recovering, and coming back stronger than ever.
We are incredibly grateful for every customer who has supported us, shared our posts, checked on us, and kept us in your prayers. Your kindness and encouragement have given us hope during one of our darkest moments.
