Looking ahead, we might have a new Winterfest location... with heat.
Thanks to all who brought food.

Testing...testing. We will be administering examinations at all license levels at our new location and time: VFW 1700 N Main, Hazard on July 16th. This will be under the new system and will require all candidates to complete two prerequisites prior to testing; 1. Obtain your FRN at the FCC website and bring it with you. 2. Register for a HamStudy.org account, sign up to test, and bring the assigned number. We are available to assist with any questions. Please contact the administrator at [email protected] for support or clarification on any part of the process. We appreciate your patience as this is our first test under the new system and as we work to fully integrate the process. All testing will be conducted in a room separate from our meeting room. You are welcome to arrive early for a meal from the kitchen or stay after.

Free ham radio flash cards, practice tests, and question pools as well as introduction to ham radio and explanations for questions.
