We start out with Sushi grade Yellow fin tuna. Marinaded in a special blend of seasoning. Fresh mango, house pickled radishes and carrots, edamame, green onions and sesame seeds on a bed of jasmine rice!

Brirria Grilled cheese.
Slow roasted shredded beef with our house made Brirria sauce with onions, cilantro, lime. On thick cut toast with melted American and pepper jack cheese!
