You can get out with your choice of steak, pork, fried chicken or grilled chicken.
In some parts of Mexico they get a little crazy and have tamale torta and chilaquiles torta. Would you ever try them?

Tacos de Cochinita Pibil
One of the most traditional ways of cooking pork in the state of Yucatán in Mexico. Dating back to pre Hispanic (before the Spanish arrival) times.
This method involves marinating the pork overnight then steaming it covered in banana leaves until tender. “Cochinita” refers to pork and “pibil” to the method of cooking it underground from the Mayan work “pib”
