Update: We are still looking for a place to setup and start growing mushrooms again.
If you are interested in having a culinary mushroom farm in your space, please let us know. Our current requirements at about 300 sq foot of space. The ability to vent in/out 8in ducts. For power we need 1 220/240v 30amp circuit.
Any help to get us back up and running would be greatly appreciated.
