Aloha-and Happy Monday to all😎

So many People, Ohana’s, and Businesses have been working hard to help those in need, and at same time doing their best to also recover from substantial losses. Unfortunately, we are also in that group.
Thankfully-We will be opening doors back up this Friday, to welcome you in with smiles and genuine Aloha🤙🏽. This is no easy task, financially or logistically-and we ask for patience and understanding while we slowly get back to normal. Our menu will be limited, but will include most all of your favorites 🤤. Our team is anxious to see you, serve you, and let you take a break from what has surely been a stressful, heartbreaking time for so many.
We’ve said it from day one, and it’s more true now than ever-Without YOU there is no us.

Aloha Ka’U community, and all of Big Isle.!! Our deepest and sincerest prayers, thoughts, and efforts go out to every person, and business, who suffered losses in this storm, and we hope you are able to recover and recoup as soon as possible. We, just like many others, suffered substantial losses. We were very fortunate to have limited building damage unlike many we have all seen, that will take them months, if not years to recover😞. If you are able to help, please consider doing so-the smallest amount can make all the difference!

We were fortunate enough to hand out hot meals the first day of power outages, and then give out the balance of our product just a few days later.
That being said-we now have no product. We just got power back on yesterday evening and have a team meeting tomorrow to get a plan in place to reopen as soon as possible. Our team is an incredible, genuine group of people, your neighbors, who rely on KaiLokis to simply make ends meet, and put food on the table. We will reopen as we are able to resupply and get operations back up to speed. Please be patient with us, as we will be reopening with a limited menu and may be short staffed at times. Reopening is a huge undertaking and expense, but we are all committed to this community and hope to reopen to serve you as soon as possible.
We hope to see you soon, and we pray this next system passes by with no more damage. This community is one of the strongest and most caring we’ve ever experienced, and we are happy, fortunate, and blessed to be a part of it.
Mahalo Nui to all stepping up and being there for those less fortunate.

ONO gone BUT-
Taking chx wings/butter/some cheeses down to market.
Aloha🤙🏽

We hope you are weathering the after effects of storm and making best of it.
Please come down at 5PM today, Wednesday the 19th.
We are giving away Ono Slabs, chicken, possibly some hamburger & calamari, and more-we have butter, other items as well that I’d hoped to cook and give out, but am unable to do that at this time.
What we cannot give away today we will be giving away as slop tomorrow or throwing away which we would rather not do. Must have ability to cook items as it is all uncooked. We hope this can help some families in need as best we can.
I won’t have reception as we return to town, so please just arrive at 5:30 and we’ll hand out what we can. I plan to be there until 6:30-7PM but if gone earlier that means we were able to give all away by time you arrived.

Happy Aloha Friday happy😃 peoples!
We will be open regular hours today, but are keeping a very close eye on the storm. If we see need to close for safety of our team and community, we will lean towards safety as always and close doors until safe to open again.
Please Stay safe everyone-and we hope we all avoid any major impacts from this system.
We will update as needed.
