A business starts with great leadership, and we're lucky enough to have someone who's always felt more like family than a boss.

Today the entire team suited up in his signature camo-and-black uniform to celebrate the man who has guided, supported, and encouraged us through so much. With his daughters by his side and his work family surrounding him, it felt like the perfect way to say thank you.

Happy Father's Day to the dad of this crew. We love you Rob!♥️
