Today we celebrate Daphne’s last day at Embers after nearly a decade. ❤️

This one stings a bit- not only has Daphne been a huge part of our Embers family, but Daph has also been a huge part of the Burnett family. In our early Embers days, she was a nanny for our kids- helping pull first teeth, celebrate birthdays, go trick-or-treating, read bedtime stories, and have movie nights. We love her like she’s one of our own, and we know it’s going to take a whole lot more than a trip to dental school in Boise to weaken these ties.

We know you’re going to crush this next chapter, and we’ll be rooting for you every step of the way. We love you, Daph! Thank you for all you’ve given to Embers and to our family over all these years. ❤️

A business starts with great leadership, and we're lucky enough to have someone who's always felt more like family than a boss.

Today the entire team suited up in his signature camo-and-black uniform to celebrate the man who has guided, supported, and encouraged us through so much. With his daughters by his side and his work family surrounding him, it felt like the perfect way to say thank you.
