pizza oven fueled only by wood. Brockenzo will provide a service that will make your next event, a memorable one. Imagine feeding your guests authentic neapolitan pizza, prepared and cooked right in front of them, while you relax. Our service includes one wood-fired pizza trailer, one pizzaiolo, 2 assistant pizzaioli, and your customized menu. Service will be for 2 hours, with the option to be extended for an additional hourly rate.
