While Brass Hat has been closed for renovations, Gypsy has been behind the scenes putting in the work to make sure we come back better than ever! From deep cleaning the kitchen to getting the cocktail menus ready and handling all the details in between — she has been an absolute rock star and we could not be more grateful for her dedication! 🙌

The best part? Gypsy will be behind the bar to welcome you all back when we reopen and she said she cannot wait to start making cocktails for you again! 🍸✨ We are so close to announcing our reopening date so stay tuned… Gypsy is ready and so are we!
