The Pepper Pot Restaurant

09/30/2026

Good morning, everyone.

Due to the recent weather and rainfall, The Pepper Pot will be closed today. Thankfully, we are okay, but some of our employees are unable to leave their properties due to the amount of rain in the area.

Our hearts and prayers are with everyone in our community who has been affected by the weather. We know many families are dealing with circumstances far beyond a simple day of rain, and we pray for their safety, their homes, and their loved ones.

The sun is shining this morning, and for that, we thank God. ☀️ We’re hoping to see you all again tomorrow. Please stay safe and keep our community in your prayers. ❤️

HAPPY FIESTAS!!!!!!🎉

🌶️ Hatch Chile Festival Weekend is almost here! 🌶️

Every year, our little town comes alive to celebrate the chile that put Hatch on the map. But the festival is about so much more than the chile itself.
It’s about the farmers who plant it, the hands that harvest it in the heat, and the people who roast it, cook it, serve it, sell it, haul it and share it.
It’s about the families, businesses and neighbors who keep this little town going year after year.

That’s what we’re celebrating. ❤️💚

The Hatch Chile Festival is a New Mexico tradition we look forward to every year, and we’re proud to be a small part of it.
Come visit Hatch, New Mexico this September 5–6. Bring your family, bring your appetite, shop local, enjoy some chile, visit our local businesses and spend a little time in the town we’re lucky enough to call home.

From the fields to your plate, thank you to everyone who makes Hatch what it is.

🌶️ Happy Hatch Chile Festival! 🌶️
