It took 10 years but now you can add chicken breast to your Kale, chopped or Roman Farro Salads. This is our lemon-thyme roasted chicken with a touch of garlic and evoo. If you need more on top there’s always roasted garlic shrimp, Mediterranean tuna salad or prosciutto. Available in house and take away. You can also order online delivery using a third-party app. You’ll find it on our website as well.

Higgins Quartet. Moved up to 2 PM. We have a limited number of tables outside. You can enjoy the music and a bloody Mary mimosa or Bellini along with some delicious brunch treats. Patience brings his Quartet # to Hastings On Hudson from 2 PM to 4:30 PM today.
Higgins has also performed with the Duke Ellington Band under the direction of Mercer Ellington, and Paul Ellington. He has been a member of the Duke Ellington Band for over twenty years. Pappa al Pomodoro! And although, it is Tuscan in origin, this one is based on a version we had in Rome last week-
In our version Sullivan street Stirato is cubed lightly toasted with extra-virgin olive oil submerged in our roasted tomato basil sauce, topped with stracciatella, picked basil, sea salt and sliced olives.
I apologize in advance for the amount of Roman inspired dishes you are about to see.

Please meet our new kale citrus Caesar!
with shredded Tuscan kale, Cara-Cara-avocado vinaigrette, shaved fennel and brussels sprouts, pickled onions, white anchovies,
you can now add herb marinated grilled chicken breast or shrimp
Thanks to the avocado, we use less the half the olive oil of a typical vinaigrette.
This is a little preview of the direction we will be heading this spring and summer…we hope you’ll come along.

Broken Pizza Bolognese!
signature Carta de Música flatbread topped with our signature Bolognese sauce, fresh mozzarella l, basil, and pecorino Romano available for lunch today in the dining room and also available for pick up. Two hot soups today are our Tuscan bean and also our roasted mushroom and potato purée. Both vegan bases topped off with breadcrumbs and croutons that can be left off for those who are gluten sensitive!

Happy new year from Boro6.
It’s hard to believe how fast 2025 went but we sure are glad we have entered a new year which incidentally is the beginning of our 10th year on the corner of Warburton and Spring. Stay tuned for our birthday plans as we progress through the year.
Tonight, Our Market fish aqua pazza has your choice of 3 fresh options: Farro Salmon, Lupe du mer(Sea bass) and wild caught U10 dry scallops from Maine. You see 3 of the beauties featured in the photo but you will actually get 4. As always, 4 littlenecks come along for the ride.
