Two hundred and fifty years ago, a group of ordinary people dared to imagine an extraordinary future.

America's story has always been one of resilience, hard work, innovation, and the belief that our differences make us stronger. It is a story written by generations of families, immigrants, veterans, entrepreneurs, farmers, teachers, first responders, and neighbors who have helped build communities where people can gather, celebrate, and create memories together.

As we celebrate this historic Fourth of July, we honor the sacrifices that secured our freedoms and the countless individuals who continue to shape the next chapter of our nation's story.

May we never lose sight of the values that bring us together: faith, family, service, opportunity, and a deep appreciation for the communities we call home.

Happy Independence Day, and happy 250th birthday, America. 🇺🇸

Every Ending Creates Space for a New Beginning.

Over the last several days, we've been overwhelmed by the messages, memories, photos, and well wishes shared by so many of you.

The closing of Zesti marks the end of an extraordinary chapter, but it does not mark the end of the relationships built over the last 12 years.

The values that shaped Zesti, such as hospitality, community, curiosity, and a passion for bringing people together through food, will continue to guide everything we do.

As we look toward the future, we do so with optimism and gratitude. The lessons learned, the friendships formed, and the support we've received from this community will continue to inspire us in the chapters ahead.

Thank you for walking this journey with us. Thank you for believing in what we created together.

The story continues, and we look forward to welcoming many familiar faces again soon at IL MITO Cafe in Delafield.

Thank You, Hartland.

For the past 12 years, Zesti was more than a restaurant. It was a place where first dates turned into anniversaries, celebrations became traditions, and strangers became friends.

We are grateful for every guest who joined us at a table, every employee who shared their talent and passion, and every member of the community who made us feel at home.

Thank you to everyone who became part of Zesti's story and allowed us to be part of yours.

While this chapter has come to a close, the memories, friendships, and experiences we shared will remain with us forever. We leave with full hearts and immense gratitude for the journey we were fortunate enough to take together.

We hope to see you in Delafield at IL MITO Cafe to continue our journey together.

For many years, Saturday nights at Zesti have been filled with laughter, celebrations, date nights, family gatherings, and the simple joy of sharing a great meal together.

Tonight, we'll do what we've always done, welcome guests through our doors and serve the food we love.

Only two days remain.

As we prepare for our final weekend, we're overwhelmed by the love and kindness this community has shown us. Every reservation, every visit, every comment, and every memory shared has meant the world.

For 12 years, our goal was simple: serve great food and create a place where people felt welcome. Thanks to you, Zesti became so much more than a restaurant.

This weekend, we'd love to see familiar faces and welcome anyone who wants to enjoy one last meal with us.
