Come grab some fresh Birria Ramen! Fun fact: Birria was created out of necessity and survival in the 16th century and slowly became a cultural dish cooked for big celebrations. This slow cooked meat is packed with flavors from tons of spices and dried chilies, giving it a rich, complex, earthy flavor with just a hint of spice. I don’t know about you, but if this was my “survival” food, I would be one happy gal! 🥰
