This week’s special entree is Veal or Chicken Piccata (chicken pictured below) - juicy, tender meat lightly sautéed and finished in a tangy white w**e and lemon butter sauce with salty capers and fresh tomatoes for a bright acidity. Served over pasta with a lemon wedge for added zest.
