Edit: I’d like to clarify something - yes, the dessert by itself is $5 but when added onto a meal it’s $7. Please keep in mind that the majority of our desserts cost over $5, and items like the hot fudge sundae and the Oreo explosion sundae come in different sizes and don’t cost the same. The higher ticket items will be what comes with the $2 difference.

• Smash burgers may or may not feature items from our regular menu, and all toppings are staff-selected.
• Fries will be either waffle fries or smiley fries.
• Drinks are staff-selected! Please let us know if you need a zero-sugar option.
• Want to upgrade your drink to a lemonade, coffee, milkshake, or dirty drink? It's an additional $4.50 per drink! The drink category is the only choice you'll get — we'll take care of the rest!

• All food items, toppings, sides, drinks, and desserts are selected by our staff and cannot be customized, exchanged, or substituted.
• For drink upgrades, you may choose the category (lemonade, coffee, milkshake, or dirty drink), but the specific drink will be selected by our staff (scoop milkshakes are not included)
• Please disclose any food allergies BEFORE ordering so we can determine whether we can accommodate your needs. Our kitchen is not allergen-free, and cross-contact may occur. We cannot guarantee any item is free from allergens.
• Please disclose any specific food preferences BEFORE ordering (i.e. don't like spicy foods, don't like mayo, etc.)
• If ordering on DoorDash - please call The Local directly to discuss food allergies and preferences as DoorDash does not allow a "write in" option for the customer
• All Wild Card items must be purchased and made to order in the same transaction.
• Prices are before applicable sales tax.
• Wild Card specials cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• By purchasing a Wild Card meal, you agree to accept the staff-selected items as served. Items cannot be rejected or replaced simply because they aren't to your preference. Refunds will not be issued. If you'd like to purchase a different item instead, it will be at the regular menu price.
