Many of our regulars know our friend Annie Leslie (JMU '10). She was there for so many epic Wednesday nights, along with the awesome Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority girls, and always brought so much life, fun, and energy to the party.

Sadly, she suffered an aneurysm last month and is now on the long, and very expensive road to recovery. Her family needs help to cover the bills that insurance won't cover, so they're asking for help.

If you knew her at all, whether as a friend, a casual acquaintance, or even just a familiar face, it would mean the world to them if you contributed to the cause. Every donation big or small helps and is greatly appreciated.

Annie suffered from a brain aneurysm and is currently recovering. Thank you all for your support over the past three years. It was one hell of a great ride, and we thank you all for being a part of it with us.

It is unfortunate that the City of Harrisonburg, the Virginia ABC Board, Harrisonburg Police, Harrisonburg Fire Marshal, City Tax Authorities, and other departments all hate college kids and dance clubs, and go well out of their way to destroy any place that ever caters to that crowd.

The next place the city of Harrisonburg will target is probably be our neighbors over at Jimdels. Then they'll target whatever place springs up to take their place. I encourage you to fight for your right to party, as we end up just like all the other great party spots in Harrisonburg.

Bourbon Street on Main will return to its original roots as an Indian restaurant. Before Bourbon, it was Bombay Courtyard, now it is Tandoori Kitchen. And it features really damn good Indian food. Come hang out with us, we could definitely use some love right about now...
