This is our Asian slaw that goes on our Twisted bahn Mai! We hand coat a chicken breast in panko, fry it in Snake River beef tallow pile it up with the Asian slaw all on a toast ciabatta bun and spicy Chipotle aoli. Hope to see ya soon!

Another GREAT option for lunch in the area on Sunday's! The Royal is a local family operated restaurant in the heart of St. Maries. Mom and Dad have been pillars in the community for decades and the they raised two amazing kids, Alena aka "Doc" worked for us for a handful of summers before running off to the big city of Nashville. She's moved home with all of her work ethic and creativity to be part of the family team crushing it at the Royal! Stephen, the son also did a stint for us but is better know for his camera work with his mom and his many years at Pizza factory in St. Marie. All this is to say these guys are crushing it and you should give them a try while out and about enjoying ALL North Idaho has to offer

Most of you now know we'll be closed on Sundays. This is a local couple who live here in Harrison all year around giving you lake goers another option in Harrison! Give them a shot, BUT remember, they just opened and they JUST remodel.... they need people to be able to work out the kinks
