May 24th would have marked 34 years that I have known Kenny. For the past 33 years, he was my best friend and closest companion. We can all say so many wonderful things about Kenny, how kind, compassionate, and generous he was , and we can also talk about how unforgettable and vibrant his personality was.

When I first opened my business, Kenny and his father were two of the first people who truly helped me grow and flourish, not only as a business owner, but as a person. Throughout the years, we shared countless life events, family parties, and memories together. We really experienced almost every chapter of life side by side, and I cannot imagine a life without him.

Kenny was a selfless man. So selfless that when the tragedy of 9/11 struck, he fearlessly joined many others in volunteering to help clean up the disaster. He was a hero. He is a hero, and he will always be a hero.

Kenny has shaped the lives of so many people, and I believe he will continue to shape generations to come through his children, grandchildren, and even my own nieces and nephew.

I cannot fully express the immense sadness and heartbreak I feel from the loss of my best friend. But I will forever be grateful for 34 years of friendship, memories, laughter, and unconditional love. Kenny will always be a part of me, and he will never be forgotten.
