The Swine Blazers believe the best barbeque comes from using fresh and minimally processed meat. We carve all of our barbeque right before it's served to ensure it's as fresh as possible. This makes for a unique and very special experience. Blazing Swine barbeques all of our primal cuts for between 16 and 20 hours until they're out of this world! We also smoke and barbeque whole hogs, venison, salmon and catfish.
