Good morning! Just a note that we moved our Lemon Street Market popup to this Sunday 4-7 PM (in the hopes it will be a less rainy evening than tonight). We are open at market today and tomorrow 11am-6pm with 12 flavors in scoops and 10 in pints including the return of (decaf) Coffee, Supernaut and Monster Mash. Hope to see you!

Night owls, sleep walkers, insomniacs, ice cream junkies - this one is for you! 🌝🍦🌙 Join us tomorrow, Wednesday May 13th for our first late night scoop session at 10 PM-2 AM - we’ll be parked in the Valet lot right outside the main entrance. We’ll be scooping up your favs in cups and waffle cones plus we’ll have our little Lavazza machine with us for espressos (decaf or regular) and affogatos (maybe this is just to keep me going) 👀😅 We’ve got a nice little lineup for you (details below). Hope to see you! And in case you miss it, we’re doing this session again in June!

Waking up this morning on Honey Bear’s 5th Birthday, I’m feeling so overcome with wonder. 💫Looking back on the first five years of my ice cream dream, it’s been the most intense but expansive, fulfilling and spiritually rewarding journey of my life. To be a storyteller who knew nothing about food & beverage & took a chance on a feeling, who made it this far so far… It’s proof positive that anything is possible if you put in the work. (Boy oh boy, have we put in the work.) In 2021, I wondered if there was anyone else out there like me who might need a product like ours. Turns out, in a little city with a population of 50,000, there are over 10,000 of you who have been loyal customers of ours. To me, that detail alone has been mind blowing. Every morning, I wake up and feel honored to make and serve our products for you. I’m so grateful to all of you who have shown your love and support over the years and especially those of you who come out to the scoop stand every single week (it doesn’t go unnoticed!!). We are so excited to treat you this weekend, today at - a home I manifested for us, no doubt 💫 - 11am-8pm (I’m closing it out today 4-8 if you wanna say hi) and tomorrow 11am-6pm. We have a limited amount of limited edition single serve ice cream cakes (likely selling out today) in 3 flavors - Funfetti Cake, Roasted Strawberry, Vanilla; Chocolate Cake, Fudge, Chocolate; Chocolate Cake, Peanut Butter, Chocolate - $10/ea. And every purchase today and tomorrow is entered in to win a big ice cream prize (10 pints and a cooler) valued at over $300. All cause we love you. I can’t believe it, this Friday, May 1st, Honey Bear turns 5! What started as a pandemic hobby has grown into something so special for so many. We wouldn’t be here without you & so, may we present, a weekend full of treats and fun in celebration and thanks to you, our loyal customers. Come see us this Friday, May 1st at our Scoop Stand at for extended hours 11am-8pm for Limited Edition single serve ice cream cakes (!! These are gonna be so special… 2 flavors, actual cake & ice cream… stay tuned), the reveal of our 5 Finalists for our Customer Flavor Contest, Voting for our Customer Flavor Contest and a big ice cream giveaway (swipe to the last slide to see)! Every purchase this Friday & Saturday will be entered into a raffle to win a 20 Qt red Legacy Cooler full of 10 pints of Honey Bear 😍😋 Each purchase (not item in a purchase) will count as one free entry. Want more chances to win? You can purchase extra raffle tickets for $2/ea, $10/6, $20/20. We expect the limited edition cakes to go quickly on Friday but will have a full lineup of scoops and pints all weekend!
