Freefolk brewery is owned by husband and wife duo Jeff & Sarah Edwards. Now nestled in the heart of New River Gorge, Freefolk originated in Morgantown, WV in 2014 with Jeff experimenting in fermentation with a 15-gallon system cobbled together from various garage sales. After falling in love with the process, the brand continued to grow & eventually a brewery was established in Fayetteville, WV and shortly thereafter, a second brewhouse 9 miles north of their first in Hico, WV. Celebrating Appalachian culture and people, they're proud to represent this beautiful, friendly place to the world!
