What do you do when you make 75lbs of kielbasa but only have casings for 70lbs? We're calling it HUNKIE CASSEROLE: cabbage, onion, ground kielbasa, egg noodles & copious amounts of butter. On February 10th 2023 I left PA on a solo bike adventure to Key West. At my hotel in Savannah Georgia I got a steak hoagie. Threw the second half in my saddle bag. Decided to do a little experiment with it, cause florida roads are BORING. Check out the video!😁

Tomorrow, Thursday 10/8/26 is NATIONAL PIEROGI DAY!!! We will have these PIEROGI NACHOS on special: a half dozen sauteed pierogies topped with nacho cheese sauce, chopped brisket, southwest corn, shredded cheddar jack, bbq sauce, jalapenos & sour cream. Open 11-9!

FRIDAY 9/25 In honor of the late Dolly Parton, we will have Dolly's recipe BANANA PUDDING- creamy vanilla custard layered with nilla wafers & sliced bananas, topped with fresh whipped cream. Available starting at 11am friday til we run out! The only requirement is, In honnor of Dolly, you have to do something nice for a stranger. Hold a door, give a compliment, donate to a charity, etc... spread some kindness in a world that could use it!
