We're doing something special for the dads next weekend! I have 90lbs of beef ribs coming in. I'm gonna season & smoke them similar to my brisket method. We got slammed for ice cream yesterday & sold out all of our hard ice cream flavors, so thanks for that busy day! And thanks to the fine folks at Windy Ridge Dairy for coming in on their day off (do farmers really have a day off?) and allowing me to restock for today! Stop by & let us scoop you something in a dish, cake cone, fresh homemade waffle cone, pint, or quart. Support 2 local businesses at once, and taste the best hard scoop around!

The weather is looking terrible, so we are canceling the 2 year anniversary party & The Hellbenders show that was set for Saturday 6/6. We will reschedule as soon as we can coordinate, so watch our page for the new date!

NEXT WEEKEND!!!!! Join us on Saturday June 6th for out 2 year anniversary party! We will have live rock & roll from The Hellbenders at 5pm, and some new party specials starting at 4. Try our:
Appetizer:
* praline candied bacon
* sweet bourbon glazed meat pops
Entree:
*smoked hot sausage sandwich (house made sausage, peppers, onions, tomato sauce, on a cellones sausage roll)
* smoked mississippi meatballs over mac & cheese (a nod to mississippi pot roast)
Dessert: TBD

Feel free to bring a lawn chair to watch the band, as our picnic tables fill up fast. We'll be rockin til 8, food til 9 so stop out, it'll be a smokin good time!

This Memorial Day we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect us. Our homes, our families, friends, and a free way of life that so many of us take for granted. I say THANK YOU to these brave men & women who have gone before us, and also to their families who continue to endure the pain of loss. YOUR SACRIFICE WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN!!!
