Hi, my name is Angela Rodriguez, and my husband Steve and I own Main Street Boutique & Bistro... I am the Head Executive Chef and I'm passionate about creating great-tasting and exciting food influenced by Italian, French, and American Cuisine. Although I do not have formal training, I did attend a few semesters of the Culinary Arts Program at TSTC, but my interest in cooking and baking began way
before that! My first influences in cooking began at home watching my parents, who are great cooks and did everything from scratch! Over time, cooking seemed to follow me and I embraced it as well, putting my own spin on traditional recipes; making them my own. My philosophy is to learn and get inspiration from what is around you, and never be afraid to try new things! Steve and I want to personally invite you to stop in to experience our handcrafted taste, you won't be disappointed.
