A toast to brewing history!

Legend has it that in 1840, John Wagner carried lager yeast from Bavaria to Philadelphia, bringing with him a brewing tradition that would become part of America's story.

1840 Original Lager is our tribute to that journey—a malt-forward amber lager with layers of toasted bread, gentle bitterness, and a clean finish.

1840 will be hitting shelves the week of June 22nd and on tap at the Dolphin & Anchor Brew Pub by Aldus Brewing Co. starting Tuesday, June 23rd!
