Santa Fe chicken salad serve with a southwest ranch dressing. The salad will be topped with a little extra fresh cilantro, and some tricolored tortilla strips.

Grilled up some corn for the Santa Fe chicken salad. This will get served on top of a bed of lettuce with some fajita chicken, black beans, tomatoes, pico, cucumber, cheese, red onion, cilantro, and tortilla strips with a lime wedge. I also made a southwest ranch sauce, which has a little heat with a little smokiness to it… So stop in if you’re hungry!

Got some burnt ends ready for our BELT sandwich it is a burnt and lettuce and tomato sandwich topped with a bourbon barbecue aïoli. It will be served with a dill pickle, macaroni salad… So stop in if you’re hungry!
