Breakfast is a short stack of hot cakes with choice of meat and eggs
Lunch is homemade white sauce, chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice, refried beans, salsa and sour cream.
Soup is homemade beef noodle and our salad bar is available over lunch.

It's Tuesday at Hot Cakes Cafe !
We are open early at 5:00 a.m. for those of you needing to be at work early!
Menu updates for today.....
We are making a fresh batch of country gravy this morning.
Our breakfast special will be the Newman (A biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs with cheese, and sausage patty)
Lunch will be scalloped potatoes and ham, corn, and fresh baked roll.
Soup is corn chowder and our salad bar with soup is available over lunch.
And we have caramel rolls!
