This week's feature is here with N'duja, calabrian chilies, peach chutney, honey, whipped ricotta and rosemary.
Bread special has roasted garlic, garlic scapes, roasted garlic granules, garlic oil, butter, romano and garlic chives. Comes with a side of black garlic ranch.
Tiramisu this week is Thai Tea.
Specials include some lovely produce from Troemner Farm | Upper Peninsula Metsä Hill Farm and honey from Dan Grandy

We are celebrating summer while we can. This week's pizza has summer squash, jimmy nardello, fresh pepperoncini, shish*to peppers, red of florence onions and their tops, feta cheese, sauce vierge with assorted fresh herbs. It's loaded with produce from Minnie Farms | Michigan Farm and Ghost House Farm plus some of our greenhouse basil for fun.
Milly bread has capers, shallots and garlic confit with Milly sauce.
Tiramisu this week is Raspberry with berries from Minnie Farms | Michigan Farm and Gagnon Farm.
We have a couple dine in specials featuring fresh local produce as well.

This week's feature has pork sausage, kale, roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic parmesean cream and alium flowers.
Milly bread special has gochujang shiitake, snap peas, cilantro, scallions and sesame. Served with calabrian chili crisp.
Chocolate cherry tiramisu is on.

Milly Bread special has mascarpone cream, romano, fresh cracked pepper, garlic chives served with cracked pepper ranch.

It's more than a bit gloomy out there, so we are focusing on bright green sauces with lots of fresh herbs from Troemner Farm | Upper Peninsula
This week's feature has chermoula, ancho oil, burrata, urfa chili flakes and edible flowers.
Milly bread special has calabrian chili butter, basil pesto and fresh basil.
We have a pistachio tres leches tiramisu on.

Greetings. This week's feature has guanciale, confit cherry tomatoes, scamorza topped with pickled garlic scapes, pea tendrils, chervil and herb oil.
Milly bread special has white wine sautéed baby shiitakes, furikake and baby dill.

It's all about strawberries here this week.
Our featured pizza has Niemela family growers strawberries- roasted, macerated and fresh along with bacon, whipped goat cheese, balsamic/sherry vinegar reduction, fennel pollen, basil and thyme.
We also have strawberry/chamomile tiramisu.
Milly bread special has n'duja vodka sauce baked on top with oregano and romano cheese.

We will be open for the holiday weekend. Friday and Saturday 4-9pm.

Greetings. This week's feature has roasted shiitake, lightly smoked provolone, green garlic and lovage aioli, black garlic puree and lovage leaves.
Milly bread special has guanciale, spring onions, chives and chive-y ranch.
