The Super Woman’s Breakfast has everything a girl boss (or any kind of boss, really, but I’m speaking for myself here 😂) needs to get through the day. Protein rich Ducktrap smoked salmon and jammy eggs, brain supporting avocado, fresh local greens from Homeplace Farm and purple daikon radish Evan Harlow ,Orchard Hill Breadworks Sunny Flax toast, a dash of furikake and a cheeky little drizzle of Blank Slate Kitchen chili oil.

This week: When I write a menu, I am telling a story. There is a theme, there are main characters and supporting ones, there are emotions I try to convey to our diners through taste and flavor. In the kitchen, choreograph how you will interact with the dish, we imagine the drama of a presentation. We endeavor to make you FEEL- more than satiation. Love, excitement, generosity and nurture.

With the busyness of our event schedule yesterday, I didn’t get a chance to post a congratulatory acknowledgement of our GRADUATING SENIORS! .armstvoy you three are the most incredible kids- it has been my distinct pleasure and an honor to have had a front row seat in watching you work and learn and grow these last three years. Fiddleheads is what it is in large part because of your hard work and spirit. You make me laugh, you make me so proud. It’s going to be bitter sweet seeing you off into the next phase of your lives- but I wouldn’t miss it for the world. Congratulations you adorable bunch of weirdos. ❤️💓❤️
