This ring holds significant sentimental value to its owner, and any information regarding its whereabouts would be greatly appreciated.

Third place never tasted so sweet. 🥉🍸

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, cast a vote, cheered us on, and supported us throughout the competition. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing guests, friends, and community. Thank you also to Exeter Chamber of Commerce for hosting these fun and friendly competitions, and supporting local businesses like ours!

And the biggest shoutout goes to Ashley Barry , whose creativity and talent brought this incredible cocktail to life. Your winning recipe helped us earn a spot on the podium, and we couldn’t be prouder!

Every day in hospitality feels like opening night.

I've always believed that restaurants are one of the longest-running productions you'll ever find. Unlike Broadway, though, we don't perform one show a day; we perform three.

The breakfast show. The lunch matinee. The evening performance.
And then we do it all over again tomorrow.

Our company has been putting on that production since 1970. The cast has changed countless times. The sets have been remodeled. The menu has evolved. Technology has transformed how we work.

But the script has never changed.

Give people a great experience. Serve quality food. Share our story.

Every member of the cast has a role. The cooks. Servers. Hosts. Expos. Prep cooks. Dishwashers. Bussers. Bakery team. Baristas. Shopkeepers. Managers. Every person contributes to the performance, and every role depends on the next.

It's a production built on trust, timing, and teamwork.
The guests may only see their table, their meal, and their server. What they don't see are the hundreds of moving parts working together behind the curtain to create a seamless experience.

That's what I love about hospitality. It's one of the few industries where the curtain rises every morning, every afternoon, and every evening. Three performances a day, seven days a week, 363 days a year.

The audience changes. The cast changes. The scenery changes.
But the mission has remained the same since 1970: create an experience worth coming back for.

And tomorrow morning, we'll raise the curtain once again.
