DREAMS DO COME TRUE!!!!!! Guys and gals, never be afraid to set goals/dreams!!! We set 3 major goals when we started our food truck journey almost 6 years ago(we always set smaller ones all the time). Our first major goal, Sam and I set together, and it was for 85% - 90% of what we do was to be mostly festivals and big events. We conquered that goal in the 2024-2025 year. The second major goal Sam set. He wanted to see our business do $250,000 in GROSS sales in one year and we conquered that last year. The last goal was set by me(Sylvia). At one single event or festival, I wanted to see our business do $10,000 in gross sales in the one event(weekend). No matter how hard we try, it seems like something always stands in our way. BUT THIS WEEKEND..... CHILHOWIE, VA...... YOU MADE FORK IN THE ROAD'S DREAM COME TRUE!!!!!!!! Every obstacle was thrown at us and we still prevailed. Thank you first and foremost to the Good Lord above for giving us the strength to do what we love and for watching over us. The you so much Haley Davis and Kayla Yelton for all of your help in making this weekend successful. Thank you to all of our family and friends that support us. Thank you Chilhowie event coordinators, helpers, and all the customers that made this possible. We truly love what we do. Fellow food truckers, never be afraid to dream big. It can happen!!
Y'all, this goes without saying, but we are tired!!! We are off til Thurs. We are sleeping in tomorrow and I will post our schedule tomorrow afternoon.
