Hey there everyone! Just wanted to let you know the owners of the Fortress Restaurant have suffered some unforeseen hardships and have had to change their hours to breakfast and lunch only. Hey there Fortress and Chef K Community! Chef K here! So I have had some requests for some of my more popular YUMMOLICIOUS dishes and you know I aim to please all of you if I can. That is why I whipped up my SALISBURY MEATLOAF with your choice of 2 sides for a special this weekend, starting this evening and also back by popular demand my Authentic ZUPPA TOSCANA. SURF AND TURF NIGHT at the Fortress!! Come on in Friday September 24th and have a nice thick and perfectly cooked to your liking 10oz New York Strip paired with 4 succulent grilled Gulf Shrimp. All complimented by 2 sides of your choice. Pair with one of our Italian Wines, Specialty cocktails or our great Local Brews!! What a way to kick off a “YUMMOLICIOUS” don’t you think?? Hey there everyone!! This week is small/local business week!! So how about kicking off your weekend by supporting our new local restaurant with some of my YUMMOLICIOUS dishes!! Chef K here! Good Morning Everybody!! Chef K here! Several of you have recently reached out to say you came to the Fortress and we’re sorry you missed me! So I have decided to keep you posted on when “Chef K will be at the Fort!” I will be there Today. ( Saturday 9/4 ) from 4pm-8:30pm and Sunday 12pm- 4pm this weekend. Come see me and have some YUMMOLICIOUS southern dishes and a variety of local brews, specialty cocktails….or maybe even a “Moonshine Flight!!” I look forward to seeing you!
