A little color from the fields. 🌱

Swiss chard, kale, and beets grown at Glenn Scott Farm come together in this dish, bringing the harvest from our fields into the kitchen. The greens are blanched to keep them vibrant and help them hold onto the dressing, then served over a silky beet mousse. Castelvetrano olives, lemon, mint, and dill finish it off.

The freshest ingredients, some beautiful color, and a taste of what’s growing right down the road.

Squash blossoms are BACK!

These delicate edible flowers are picked from Glenn Scott Farm and brought straight to the kitchen, where they’re turned into one of our favorite things on the menu.
