We were honored to team up with for an intimate eight-course dinner experience celebrating more than three decades of serving Meats by Linz steaks.

From sourcing and craftsmanship to the story behind every cut, each course highlighted the relationship and passion built over generations. Fred Linz shared the history behind Meats by Linz while Zac Linz walked guests through some of the featured cuts served throughout the evening, giving everyone a deeper look into what goes into every plate.

A huge thank you to the Kinzie team and every guest who joined us for this one-night-only experience. Here’s a look back at an unforgettable evening. 🍷
