HAMILTON — the smoker has been rolling since early this morning and today is RIB DAY 🔥

We’ve got:
• Fall-off-the-bone smoked ribs
• Slow smoked brisket
• Piled-high pulled pork

All cooked low and slow the way real barbecue should be.

If you’re anywhere near Hamilton today and you’re hungry, come see us. The smell alone will guide you in.

⚠️ Fair warning: When the ribs are gone, they’re gone. We only made so many today.
