From farm to table is nice. But these last several weeks, we switched it up from Lodge to Legends.
When the North Fork Fire and other local fires tore through, the firefighters, forest service and volunteers on the front lines didn’t just need courage. They needed fuel. Real fuel. Meals engineered to keep them moving through the longest shifts of their lives.
Our Chef Dave at The Lodge at Lost Horse built dinners with exact protein and calorie counts, not just comfort food. Every plate was built to perform.
And then we didn’t just deliver it. It was flown in. Helicopter after helicopter, straight to the fire lines where the crews were tirelessly working.
This is what community looks like when it counts. Actual meals, actual flights, actual people showing up for the ones showing up for everyone else.
A huge thank you is owed to our staff for working long shifts and no days off to meet the demand. And to every firefighter, volunteers and first responders who answered the call this season, thank you.🙏 You are the legends. We were just honored to feed you. 🤠
