of our meats are slow cooked to perfection in our wood-burning smokers - no gas used here! Select from Award Winning Imported Baby Back Ribs; St. Louis Spare Ribs by the plateful; lean Beef and Pork sliced thin; plump juicy Chicken; delicious Smoked Turkey breast or tender Riblets. Top our meats with one of our four secret recipe signature Barbecue Sauces - Sweet, Tangy, Hot or Carolina Mustard. The pink coloring and ring in our Beef, Pork, Chicken, Turkey and Ribs is due to our barbecue cooking process and basting sauces.
