We are beyond excited about this... Tonight at Tanglewood Winery not only will we be there, but we have the honor and privilege to serve you along side one of our all time favorites: Wok Me Up Food Truck!!!

Grand Haven is getting tons of rain and it is 100% rain for 3 of the 4 hours we were scheduled to be there. Unfortunately we won't be in attendance due to the weather today at Off The Chain Brewstillery. This weekend is certainly looking a lot better and we are excited for a big double of a day on Saturday where you can find us at Windmill Island Gardens AND Tanglewood Winery!

OUR 2027 CALENDAR IS NOW OPEN

We’re officially booking ZOMburgers for the 2027 season!

A heads-up for anyone hoping to get us on their calendar next year: our available dates are more limited than in years past.

For 2027, we’ve partnered with several businesses and venues we’ve loved working with to create more frequent, consistent visits throughout the season.

That means instead of popping up randomly, you’ll start seeing ZOMburgers at some of your favorite locations on regular days of the week. We want you to know when we’ll be there, be able to count on it, and maybe even make ZOMburgers part of your routine.

Those partnerships have already filled a significant portion of our 2027 calendar before we opened it to the public.

We’re still booking breweries, wineries, community events, corporate lunches, private events and more, but available dates are limited.

If you’d like ZOMburgers at your business or event in 2027, now is the time to reach out.

We can’t wait to show you what we have planned for next season.

Here is where you can find us this week!

Start things off with a private event today. Hopkins HYSO Rocket Football tomorrow evening. Community Mental Health of Ottawa County on Wednesday for lunch. Thursday we are heading back to Grand Haven at Off The Chain Brewstillery. Friday we have off to get ready for a BIG Saturday where we will be at Windmill Island Gardens for the Holland Fall Fest Touch-A-Truck Event and then catch us at Tanglewood Winery in the evening.

**STARTING IN OCTOBER**

BANGARANG, PETER! (A few of you guessed this one exactly!)

October’s featured burger is THE BANGARANG, our nod to Hook, one of the greatest family movies of all time.

And yes, we fully expect at least three people to yell “RU-FI-OOOOO!” when they order it.

The Bangarang comes topped with lettuce, pepper jack cheese, bacon crumbles, pineapple pieces, and bang bang sauce.

Now, don’t let the bang bang sauce scare you. Captain Hook and Smee could probably handle this one.

It’s not what we’d call spicy. You get a nice little zip at first, then the pineapple swoops in and cools things down with a sweet, refreshing finish.

Sweet. Savory. Bacon-y. A little zip.
And absolutely no imaginary food fight required.

Although if you pick up the burger, stare at it intensely, and yell “YOU’RE DOING IT, PETER!” before taking your first bite, we’re not going to stop you.
