Hey there...How you been? It's been awhile hasn't it?? We're thinking it might be time for a little reunion with some of our old friends!!

Wanna impress at your Memorial Day BBQ? Bring out a Wayno's brisket!

We're planning to throw a couple extra briskets on the smoker for Memorial Day and would like to get you one!!

For $150, we'll get you a WHOLE unsliced brisket (min 6 lb cooked), a 16 oz jar of our Espresso BBQ, a 16 oz jar of Pickled Onions, and some tortillas. It's a whole feast! Should feed 12-15 people.

Space on the smoker is limited though so DM for more details!!!

This is a bit long and gets slightly off-track...but it really hammers home everything BBQ is to me... It also has beautiful photos that perfectly encapsulates one of my favorite places on earth Snow's BBQ. SOMEDAY, I hope I can devote more time to my passion for BBQ and aim to emulate everything about that experience for everyone else out there who just can't understand WHY BBQ?

Got ourselves a feast from Jay's Artisan Pizzeria tonight. That BBQ Brisket Pie he put together with our brisket is phenomenal!!!! But if you haven’t had his Red Top square pie.... you need to go and get one... NOW. There isn’t anyone holding a candle to what Jay is doing.

(The traditional wood-fired Margherita and Quattro Formaggi are nothing to sneeze at either!!!)
