In December 30, 2013, Ernesto Montero, owner at Latin Fusion Cuisine and Claudia Villegas, Chef at Latin Fusion Cuisine, have opened what today would be the most traditional and authentic Peruvian Restaurant in Hallandale Beach area! Ernesto is originally from Barranco, Lima, Peru and Claudia is originally from Medellin, Colombia. They share the love of cooking and serving their clients with the most tasty, authentic and homemade Peruvian Cuisine. 🇵🇪
