People always ask who our “chef” is or who makes the menu… and the answer is: all of us! 🙌

Our menu comes from favorite dishes, food that’s inspired us, or the occasional “what if we try this?” moment while cooking for the team. We toss around ideas, challenge each other, and somehow it all turns into something pretty tasty. 🍽️

Huge shout-out to Ava and Jenny for keeping the creativity flowing and bringing every idea to life with so much care and love for Roots. Their passion shows in every dish—simple, fun, and just a little unexpected. Familiar favorites, with a twist.💪🏻
