Well, y'all, I missed my chance to go get these printed off at the library, and my printer is down, but I promise we'll have them ready by the time we open tomorrow! Last week's winner is Red Rigney!

Well, I'm definitely not a baker! This first giant batch of brownies came out less fudgy and more cakey than I was hoping for. Next time I'll use smaller pans. But since they're not perfect yet, this batch will only be $4 a brownie, topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel!

OK, y'all, it's official. Who's excited for a brownie con helado y caramelo? I'm not sure what the price is going to be, but my guess is $6. And if you're allergic to dairy, there's good news: the brownies are dairy free! If we get enough people clamoring for dairy-free ice cream and caramel, we'll start carrying those as well. Doesn't this look like the perfect treat after a three pound quesadilla and a fun night of trivia? Oh yeah, we have trivia this Friday at 7 and karaoke on Saturday starting at 9!

Can you do us a huge favor and share this as well as liking and commenting? Our posts have been averaging less than a thousand views the last few weeks, so I assume Facebook has shadowbanned us. We need help getting the word out about this!

Y'all come party tonight and watch some football with Michelle and Ashley now, y'here? Kharn's out of town, so it's prolly gonna get weird! Not as weird as it would get if he was here, but still pretty weird...

Y'all make sure you get up here early to get some grub before karaoke starts at 9!

Does anybody want dessert? Mexican-hot-chocolate-inspired fudgy brownies (cinnamon and chipotle powder.) Maybe served warmed up, con helado (with ice cream.) I saw a caramel-swirl ice cream at DG today that'll be amazing with these! We're not serving them yet, because the batch I made today didn't bake long enough and I've got more 'sperimenting to do, but feel free to come in and sample one while they last. Hopefully we can start serving them next week!

No trivia this week y'all! Karaoke tomorrow starting at 9!
