It was a dream of Beth's to open an ice cream and dairy store and it has proven to be extremely important in the farm's viability. Flayvors is a great place for lunch with a special homemade dessert, but it is also a great place for the family. We are located on a dairy farm with calves to pet and cows to watch while sitting at one of our many picnic tables. Come in and see all we have to offer --

it changes like the seasons of New England.

The wait is over… Hadley Grass ice cream is here 🍦🌱

“Hadley Grass” is an asparagus ice cream with almonds. Beth Cook created this flavor as a way to showcase the town she loved so much and its farming history. For years, Hadley has been called the “Asparagus Capital of the World” and if you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out! The asparagus we use for this flavor is grown by Boisvert Farm in Hadley.

We hope you’ll come give this adventurous flavor a try, it might surprise you! Open daily from 12pm - 8pm.
