Butts & Buns BBQ Will we will be open every Wednesday through Saturday through the end of September 2021.We will be opening this year on Thursday May 25th for Memorial weekend.

We will be open every Wednesday thru Saturday this season for your convenience.We will also be open everyday June 28th thru July 15th for your holiday convenience. Fall is definitely in the air! This is our last official weekend that we are open for the season. And we will be open Friday. 11 to 7 and Saturday, 11 to 7. it is also chainsaw weekend in Hackensack. We will be at our normal location in the parking lot of at Mark's Market. on your way to and from the chainsaw event, stop by and grab a hot sandwich or a rack of ribs.
Also, if you are interested in some ribs for this winter, please let us know and grab a couple of cold racks or call us and request frozen ones. there's nothing like a smoked rack of ribs in November, December or January!!

Butts & Buns BBQ will be open this Sunday. Memorial weekend from 11 to 6 for your holiday convenience. Please call ahead for any larger quantities that you may be ordering.
Next week, we start our September hours, which is Wednesday and Thursday. From 11 to 2:30 and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 to 7:00.

LABOR DAY WEEKEND HOURS
Butts & Buns BBQ we'll be open from 11 to 6. Wednesday and Thursday, 11 to 7 on Friday. And Saturday. We will be open this Sunday from 11:00 to 6:00 for your holiday convenience. Please call ahead for bulk orders or for ribs so that we can hang on to them for you, because it'll be a busy weekend.
Have a enjoyable and have a safe Labor Day.
Next week, watch for our new September hours on Wednesday and Thursday. We will be open through the 26th of September.

We are still open everyday this week thru Saturday. Let us do the cooking in this heat for you!
The Sweetheart parade is at 6PM tonight. We will be in our regular location at Mark's Market, so stop by on your way into the parade and grab some ribs or a pork parfait!
After Saturday, we will return to our regular days of Wednesday through Saturday through Labor Day weekend. Stay tuned for our Sept. hours, Wednesday through Saturday.

What better way to start off a holiday weekend than with great BBQ!!
Butts & Buns BBQ will be open this Wednesday at 11 o'clock till 6, Thursday, 11 to 6, friday and Saturday from 11:00 to 7:00 and Sunday from 11:00 to 6:00 for your holiday convenience.
Stop buying, grab a hot rack of ribs, or pulled pork sandwich, or brisket sandwich to go or sit outside at 1 of our 4 tables in our outdoor dining area and enjoy!

WE'RE BACK !
We open Friday and Saturday the 15th and 16th at 11:00-7:00 at our usual location at Marks Market parking lot in beautiful Hackensack. After this weekend we will be on our regular schedule of Wednesday thru Saturday

Butts & Buns BBQ has some new and exciting things going on this year! First I'm in the process transitioning in a new BBQ pit master, Jon Gjevre, who many of you may know from around town! Jon has been up here weekends and holidays most of his life and now has the chance to move up here and become a permanent resident . I have been working with Jon for the past month and he is doing fabulous. I will continue to help him and the business throughout the summer for a smooth transition. The good news is he will continue with the same great recipies and BBQ you've always Loved and known as Butts & Buns GREAT BBQ!!
AND... It will stay right here in Hackensack!! Same location same great food!
AND...The 5 great employess we have had for the past couple years are all returning to help serve YOU!
AND... Three of these gals got the special honor to represent the town of Pine River as Miss Pine River- Charlee Childs, 1st Princes-Evelynn Peterson and 2nd Princes- Margret Crimmons!! Stop by and congratulate them on this great achievment! We are very honored to have them as our epmployees!
We are looking forward to meeting and serving all of our past great regular customers plus all the new ones who wonder why they didnt stop before!

IT'S BBQ SEASON AGAIN!!
We are getting ready to open for the season!!
We are at the Cuyuna Agate show in Brainerd at the Crow Wing County Fairgrounds this Saturday and Sunday May 9th and 10th.
May 15th and 16th we will be back in Hackensack at our usual spot in Marks Market parking lot!
After Saturday the 16th we will be bsck to our regular hours Wednesday thru Saturday.
