What is the Agave Plant? And is it better than corn syrup? Or white sugar?

You've probably heard agave is used to make tequila. This is true! But did you know that the sap of the agave plant is used to make a sweetner? 💙✨️😋

Blue agave, named after its spears, can reach over 8 feet tall and grow in rich and sandy soil. And 55% of all Blue Agave plants are found in Mexico 🇲🇽

As we search for more natural alternatives to refined sugar, agave syrup is an amazing option. It's not stripped of nutrients...
