Welcome to GP’s, serving Hudson County since 1934! A family owned and operated business, we believe that when fresh, classic food is served to customers with genuine care and respect, we create the recipe for a perfect meal. Today, we infuse time-tested, classic and updated Italian specialties with locally sourced themes and ingredients, producing a menu that is both heartwarmingly familiar and refreshingly unique. And while the cast of characters here at GP’s know how to prepare great plates, it is equally as important that we know how to treat you when you walk through the door. Many of our employees have been with us for over 20 years and we are proud of our extended family that uphold our standards of excellence in service. We invite you to visit our website for full menus, delivery and catering information, then bring your friends and family to dine with us at our North Hudson or Hamilton Park locations tonight!
